At Fitness International, the staff is here to help you attain your fitness goals. Our full time fitness specialists (see below) can answer your exercise and nutrition questions. Personal trainers are also available if you want to bring your program to a higher level.

Members should never hesitate to come seek advice or instruction at the front desk. Our staff is there to help.

Ken has been the owner and manager of the Club since the doors opened on November 17, 1988. It's unique in today's world of health club chains, to have an owner of a single club, especially in an office tower in Boston. Ken is a graduate of Springfield College with his degree in Exercise Science. He has been in the exercise field for 27 years. As the manager, he welcomes all comments and suggestions, negative or positive. His door is always open for the members.

Kyle has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College. He is a Certified Personal Trainer (National Strength & Conditioning Association) CSCSĀ® Kyle can provide the energy and expertise to help you get into great shape! As a weight lifter and ex-football player, he is familiar with various state of the art training methods.

Jana is an outstanding instructor! She teaches amazing classes in Pilates, Bootcamp, Kickboxing, Muscle Work and Cycle! She brings the same energy to her personal training clients. With all of her expertise and motivation skills she is equally adept at working with beginners as well as competitive athletes.
