Pilates
This class offers you a body balancing system that strengthens, lengthens, realigns and defines your body. Pilates is an exercise-based system that aims to develop the body's "centre" in order to create a stable core for all types of movement. Eventually the body will move with maximum efficiency and minimum effort. Postural changes as well as increased flexibility are only a few of the benefits Pilates provides.
Core Express
Core Express utilizes the Reebok Core Boards in a variety of ways all concentrating on core strength and tone, so vital to overall fitness! Be prepared for an intense half hour! A great break during your day!
Muscle Work
Muscle Work classes include muscle strengthening and endurance workouts for all the body’s major muscle groups. Because there is no dancing, jumping, stepping, or choreography to learn, this class is ideal for those who are looking for straight strength training. Muscle work also helps to prevent osteoporosis by increasing one’s bone density. Our instructors will teach proper form while leading you to a more toned and defined body.
Boot Camp
Cardio, strength, cross training at it's best!
Everlast
This class provides members with a high intensity advanced work out combining boxing skills with boot camp type drills.
Power Yoga
Yoga provides many physical and mental benefits, including improved physical fitness, mental clarity, stress control and general well-being. Yoga also increases strength by toning the muscles. Each class is designed to build the student’s strength and flexibility and inspire peace and tranquility. Yoga class is a place and time to concentrate on yourself, to workout, relax, breathe, and feel all sensations in your body and let go of tension.
Spin
Whether you are just getting started or have an established training program, we can help you achieve your fitness or racing goals with our cylce program. Cycle classes erve as an excellent calorie burner, using about 600 calories in an hour.
Cardio Core Training
This class provides intense conditioning for strengthening and sculpting the important core muscle groups using Reebok's Cardio Core Boards.
STEP
Step training is a variation of stair climbing in which a raised platform - or step - is employed to perform a number of routines. These step patterns ensure a high intensity workout - 30% more body fat metabolized than in traditional aerobics. However these are still low impact exercises that place only mild stress on the feet and joints. We offer programs for all fitness levels, join a class today!
Aerobics
Aerobics is defined as extended activities that make you breathe hard while using the large muscle groups at a regular, even pace. Aerobic activity trains the heart, lungs and cardiovascular system to process and deliver oxygen more quickly and efficiently to every part of the body. Aerobics is also helpful for weight control. An aerobically fit individual can work longer, more vigorously and achieve a quicker recovery at the end of the aerobic session.
Absolute Abs
Concentration on your abdominal region with a wide variety of intense exercises to help define and strengthen your core musculature.
Cardio Core Blast
A quick early morning cardio workout designed to burn calories, improve endurance, and also concentrate on strengthening and toning core muscles.

F.I. Stations
F.I.Stations is a great combination of strength, cardio, flexibility and agility in a circuit training format. Outstanding calorie burner! Not recommended for beginners.
Zumba
Zumba is a high energy class taught with various styles of dance! Members brand new to the class seem to catch on very quickly even without much dance ability or experience.
